We accept return or refund requests for eligible products within 14 days of delivery, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

To be eligible for a return:

• the item must be unused and in its original packaging

• the item must not be damaged due to misuse or improper handling

• proof of purchase may be required

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we may not accept returns of opened or used products unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery and include your order number and photos, if applicable.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective or damaged item.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if the request does not meet the conditions of this policy.
